How do I request samples?

What is your lead time?
We offer a 10-day lead time on all standard orders of panels; and cut-to-size parts including slab, 3-piece, and 5-piece doors, and miter folds. Loose acrylic with a 3M peel & stick back (PSA) has a 5-day lead time, and loose acrylic and vinyl sheets have a 2-day lead time. Laser and non-laser edgebanding have a 1-day lead time.
Do you have a minimum quantity on orders?
No, we do not have order minimums on standard colors. Specialty requests like a nonstandard melamine backer may have minimums, additional costs, and longer lead times.
Where can I buy your products?
Cut-to-size components, edgebanding, loose sheets, and PSA sheets can be purchased through our online ordering system. Customers buying panels in areas with distribution should go through their distributor, customers in an area without distribution can buy panels directly.
How do I get pricing?
Customers set up with online ordering can get real-time quotes through the portal. For other pricing inquiries, please contact sales@premiereurocase.com.
How do I become a customer?

Are your products government-compliant?
Our particleboard and MDF comply with EPATSCA Title VI and CARB ATCM 93120 emission standards.
Where do you ship?
We ship to commercial businesses throughout the United States and Canada. Companies should have a forklift and loading dock to receive shipments. International shipments must arrange their own freight.
Can I get custom colors?
Custom colors require a minimum purchase order and have extended lead times that are date-driven by our supplier’s production schedule. Color development, approvals, and shipping should be planned a minimum of 6 months out. Contact us with your request at sales@premiereurocase.com.
Do you offer additional sizes other than ¼” and ¾”?
Additional thicknesses can be ordered but may have minimums, additional costs, and longer lead times. Contact us with your specific inquiry.
Can Reflekt high gloss be used for a dry-erase board?
Yes, Reflekt has a dry-erase certification that scientifically proves it’s very suitable for dry-erase board use.
Can your products be used for horizontal surfaces?
All Collections are recommended for vertical surface applications, but many can also be used horizontally. Refer to the specific Collection for more details or contact us for more information.
