Melamine Press

We have an in-house 5' x 12' Wemhöner short-cycle melamine press. Capable of manufacturing up to 120 panels per hour, the press allows us to produce large volumes of high quality panels in a short amount of time for our customers. We use a wide variety of substrates to manufacture our melamine. While most opt for the industrial grade Western pine particleboard core, we also offer fire-rated particleboard, MDF and sustainable core options.
