Founded in 1987 with one employee, a table saw and 900 square feet – Andy Wilzoch turned his self-reliant attitude and uncompromising attention to quality into one of the leading panel processing companies in North America.

With over 30 years of domestic manufacturing and innovation, we've become a full-service panel processor specializing in lamination, custom components, store fixtures, and cut-to-size doors. Headquartered in Denver, Colo., our modern manufacturing campus totaling 300,000 square feet, has an automated warehouse and other world-class technology to create the most efficient processes.

Our vertical integration strategy enables us to produce our Reflekt, UltraMatte, Ion, Roücke HD, and Roücke TFL product lines on-site within the industry’s fastest lead time and no minimum orders. Our extensive product offerings, comprehensive custom capabilities, and distributor network gives us the opportunity to serve various markets nationwide including; residential, commercial, multifamily, education, healthcare; hospitality, and retail store fixtures.

TIMELINE

1987 - Founded Company as “Premier Custom Cabinetry”

1992- First Major Customer (Gart Sports). Purchased first major piece of equipment (CNC Panel Saw)

1994 - Accelerated fixtures business with national accounts

1996
- Managed and delivered large-scale fast food chain rollout (5,000+ units)

2001
- Purchased main building at 56th Ave

2004
- Founded Roücke as laminating supplier
- Purchased Wemhöner Short Cycle Melamine Press

2008
- Expanded – Added 135,000 square ft. for assembly

2011
- Expanded – Added 65,000 square ft. for rail and board storage

2013
- Merged Roücke & Premier
- Acquired Burkle PUR line and added Class 100 ISO5 cleanroom
- Acquired robotic inventory automation (Intellistore)
- Launched Reflekt and Roücke HD textured melamine product lines

2014
- Record-breaking revenues
- Entered high-end commercial office environment market

2016
- Launched two new product lines: UltraMatte and Ion
 - Acquired 3rd laser edgebander becoming the largest zero-edge manufacturer in the US

2017
- Celebrated 30 years of American manufacturing
- Expanded Roücke HD and Reflekt product lines

2018
- 2nd company in the US to install an HPS 320 flexTec (robotic saw)
- Added 6 colors to UltraMatte including metallics

2019
- Acquired second robotic saw and 4th laser edgebander
- Developed single line production from inventory to finished components
- Reduced lead time to 5 business days
- Launched online ordering
